Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

Please download and complete our Return Form.

Send item(s) back with the completed Return Form to: issy's ESSENTIALS, 733 Lotus Ave., Oradell, NJ 07649.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please email us at contact@issysEssentials.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, with tags attached -- most importantly the security Seal tag* must be intact!  *If you wish to keep the item(s), simply break the seal and remove the tag.

Size Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges of items, but you can certainly return an item, then place a new order for the correct size (in this case, we will cover the shipping cost to send your new size).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

$199 Special Offer: Offer applies when 3-Piece Set (Blazer, Pant, Skirt) is purchased. If any of the 3 pieces in the set are returned, the discount is removed. 

Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping with the exception of a size exchange.
