  • Love it but need to switch sizes? We don't offer direct exchanges of items, but you can certainly return an item, then place a new order for correct size. issy's ESSENTIALS will cover the cost of shipping your new size.
  • Please Download & Complete our Return Form.
  • Enclose completed Return Form with item(s) you wish to return.
  • Once item is returned to us, we will process your Refund, then you will need to repurchase item in new size.
  • IF it's strictly a size exchange, make sure you download & complete our Return Form and note in the "Reason for Return" that you will be ordering the same item in a different size so we know to look out for your order and cover the shipping cost to send your new size.
