- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we kindly ask you to send back your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
- Please Download & Complete our Return Form.
- Enclose completed Return Form with item(s) you wish to return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, with tags (most importantly the security seal tag intact).
- Once item is received, a credit will be processed within 5 business days..
What if I want to do an even exchange for a different size of same item?
- Love it but need to switch sizes? We don't offer direct exchanges of items, but you can certainly return an item, then place a new order for correct size. issy's ESSENTIALS will cover the cost of shipping your new size.
- Please Download & Complete our Return Form.
- Enclose completed Return Form with item(s) you wish to return.
- Once item is returned to us, we will process your Refund, then you will need to repurchase item in new size.
- IF it's strictly a size exchange, make sure you download & complete our Return Form and note in the "Reason for Return" that you will be ordering the same item in a different size so we know to look out for your order and cover the shipping cost to send your new size.
